Acceptance
By using the service, customers and authorized users agree to the final Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Customer and Users
Customer means the church, congregation, parish, diocese, archdiocese, ministry, nonprofit, campus, or faith-based organization subscribing to FaithCircle360. Authorized users are people the customer permits to access its workspace.
Accounts
Users are responsible for accurate information, protecting credentials, and activity performed through their accounts.
Provisioning and Branding
Customers may configure available tenant, branding, portal, domain, and workspace settings subject to the service plan.
Plans and Billing
Service plans, pricing, renewal, payment, taxes, cancellation, and refund terms should be defined in the executed customer agreement.
Payment Processing
FaithCircle360 is a software provider. Giving and other payments are processed through the customer's connected payment gateway under the applicable agreements.
Memberships, Events, and Access
Customers are responsible for their membership rules, event policies, check-in procedures, access decisions, and information collected from members and guests.
Giving and Campaigns
Customers control giving funds, campaign descriptions, restrictions, receipts, tax treatment, and related compliance obligations.
Third-Party Integrations
Connected payment, communication, accounting, identity, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and availability.
Data Ownership
Customers retain ownership of their organization data subject to the final service agreement.
Acceptable Use
The service may not be used for unlawful activity, abuse, fraud, security attacks, intellectual-property violations, or activity that interferes with the platform.
Availability
The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, security work, provider outages, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Security
Customers are responsible for access management and account security. The provider may use technical and organizational controls to protect the service.
Intellectual Property
The software, product design, documentation, trademarks, and underlying platform remain the property of their respective owners.
Termination
Service access may end when a subscription expires, is cancelled, or is terminated under the final agreement.
Legal Terms
Final warranty, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, venue, arbitration, class-action waiver, and notice language should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel and tied to the actual contracting entity.
